Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney pitched deeper cooperation with the US on energy, including a possible revival of the Keystone XL pipeline project, in his meeting with President Donald Trump on Tuesday.

Prime Minister Mark Carney said Wednesday that he’s recently been in touch with two key players in U.S. President Donald Trump’s proposed peace plan for Israel and Gaza.

Trump is “totally and completely accessible” to the prime minister, Reince Priebus told the same business audience Carney addressed in Toronto, calling his former boss a one-on-one guy. “He’s personable,” Priebus said. “And I think Carney figured that out.”
