Ghislaine Maxwell, the 62-year-old British socialite convicted of trafficking underage girls for Jeffrey Epstein, was moved to Federal Prison Camp Bryan, a minimum-security facility in Texas, earlier this week. Newsweek contacted Maxwell's attorney for comment via email on Saturday outside of regular office hours.

The move comes a week after Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year sentence for sex trafficking, met a top Justice Department official about the Epstein case.
