CLEVELAND — Rocco Baldelli stood in front of a Twins backdrop in the bowels of Progressive Field answering questions about his team’s 11-1 drubbing of the Cleveland Guardians. Around a corner, inside the clubhouse, his players were hooting and hollering, cheers of delight coming from the room.

Frank Nigro, who does 10 pushups in the bullpen for every run Minnesota scores, has been getting lots of exercise lately.

Meanwhile, Twins starter Bailey Ober was dealing, and he shut out the Guardians (15-13) through 7 2/3 innings. Ober gave up just one run off eight hits and fanned a pair, throwing 94 total pitches. It marked Ober's fourth straight quality start.
