Snow arriving for the second half of the day
Higher snow totals will be expected east of I-95 along the Eastern Shore of Maryland, where blizzard warnings are in place.
There will be a lot of black ice and early Tuesday with temps in the 20s. If something looks wet late tonight and early Tuesday treat it as ice. Morning wind chills will be in the single digits north and west of D.C. and only in the teens Downtown.
