UPDATED at 12:10 p.m.: FIFA quickly denied an appeal by Belgian soccer authorities over the repeal of USMNT star Folarin Balogun’s one-match suspension after his red card in the team’s last World Cup game against Bosnia-Herzegovina on Wednesday.
