Last weekend, Nelly Korda became the first athlete confirmed for the 2025 edition of Sports Illustrated’s iconic SI Swimsuit issue. A few days later, Korda—who won six times in 2024—claimed the LPGA’s Rolex Player of the Year award with three events to spare.

It’s an exciting month for SI Swimsuit as the brand begins its shoot in Boca Raton, Fla. for the 2025 magazine. As the incredible athletes we’ll be featuring start to fly in, we are so excited to be able to announce our first model: Professional golfer Nelly Korda.
