The OKC Thunder waived Chris Youngblood on Friday and signed Buddy Boeheim to a two-way contract. Youngblood, an undrafted rookie, averaged 2 points and 0.9 rebounds in 5.4 minutes for the Thunder this season. He reached his limit of 50 regular-season games on OKC's active roster during a road loss to San Antonio on Wednesday.
