More than two dozen Planned Parenthood facilities are shutting down after new federal rules prevent the organization from being reimbursed by Medicaid and Medicare.

Only a handful of Planned Parenthood organizations will continue to receive money from the federal government. None of them are in California.

Jeff Ferguson, Right to Life's executive director, posted a short video on the group's website calling the news an answer to prayer.
