On Jan. 22, 2022 at UFC 270, Francis "The Predator" Ngannou fulfilled his last fight in his UFC contract. Ngannou won by decision over Ciryl Gane and improved to 17-3.

Francis Ngannou is yet to fight in an MMA setting since his exit from the UFC last year. Ngannou last fought in his title defense against Ciryl Gane in January 2022.
