Inside linebacker Robert Spillane went in a limited capacity during Thursday’s work on the Seattle Seahawks after being sidelined by an ankle injury since the AFC Championship Game. But a knee injury that’s lingered since November saw outside linebacker Harold Landry III head in the opposite direction as Super Bowl LX nears.

Seattle Seahawks fans are watching a Nick Emmanwori ankle update closely during Super Bowl week. Here’s what was said on Seattle Sports radio and what it could mean.

Per the pool report put out by the Pro Football Writers of America (each Super Bowl team is assigned one pool reporter), Emmanwori suffered the ankle injury during practice. From ESPN's Kalyn Kahler, who served as the pool reporter:

Darnold was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday and Thursday. The Seahawks released their report for Friday’s practice, and Darnold was listed as limited again because of the oblique issue. Friday’s injury report also included the team’s projected injury designation for the Super Bowl.
