German chipmaker Infineon slightly raised its full-year profit guidance on Tuesday after reporting stronger-than-expected quarterly earnings, and said global semiconductor markets had begun to recover despite lingering tariff concerns.

Infineon Technologies raised its margin forecast for the fiscal year as demand for semiconductors powering vehicles, energy infrastructure and artificial-intelligence data centers is on the rise.

Infineon Technologies AG, the German semiconductor manufacturer, reported flat revenue and lower net profits for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025 compared to last year. Despite the decline in profits,
