The Detroit Pistons defeated the Toronto Raptors at Scotiabank Arena, 99-95, to improve to 2-0 in the 2024 NBA Cup and 6-8 overall.

Cade Cunningham had 15 points and 10 assists and the visiting Detroit Pistons defeated the Toronto Raptors 99-95 Friday night in an NBA Cup game.

Last season, Toronto acquired Immanuel Quickley from the New York Knicks as part of the OG Anunoby trade. The young guard performed well upon joining the Raptors, but his first full season with the team has gotten off to a rocky start.
