All 48 passengers and crew onboard a passenger plane that crashed in Russia’s Far East have died, the head of the country’s Amur region said.

Kremlin denies role in plane crash believed to have killed Russian mercenary leader Prigozhin President Joe Biden, speaking to reporters Wednesday, said he believed Putin was likely behind the crash.
