In the latest "SNL" cold open, James Austin Johnson's Trump defended himself against new Jeffrey Epstein photos and ordered a strike on Santa Claus.

Actor Josh O'Connor, who starred in " The Mastermind ," a star-studded crime drama filmed entirely in Cincinnati, will host "Saturday Night Live" on Dec. 13. It will be the British actor's first time hosting the show.

The final new “SNL” episode of 2025 will air on Dec. 20. “Wicked: For Good” star Ariana Grande will close the season when she hosts the show for the third time. Her return to “SNL” for the 2025 Christmas episode comes just over a year after she stopped by Studio 8H for Season 50.
