Dena King, the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina, announced a federal grand jury in Charlotte returned a criminal indictment against 20-year-old Alexander Josue Viatoro-Arita and 24-year-old Olver Anacleto Amador-Calderon, both of Honduras, charging them with unlawful possession of a firearm by an alien.
