A Franklin County man on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list for child sex trafficking and child rape charges was arrested Saturday in Florida.

Fields is the fifth person named to the FBI's Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitive list to be investigated by the FBI St. Louis Field Office. The FBI said Fields is now scheduled to make his first appearance in a Florida federal court.
