DUPLIN COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - We’re learning more about an active duty U.S. Navy sailor and his wife who were killed in a crash involving a semi-truck. Troopers say the crash happened around 5:30 p.m.

Everett Brown, 59, was arrested after he called 911 for help after his home was burglarized and he was attacked, but forgot to hide his cocaine when police arrived.
