A 15-year-old in Collier County has been charged with multiple felonies after deputies said the boy posted a video online, threatening to use a homemade explosive device during trick-or-treating.
The Collier County Sheriff's Office said there was some sort of disturbance before the gunfire. One person is detained, but it's not clear if they will be charged with the deadly shooting.
