‘Doomsday Clock’ moves closer to midnight over threats from nuclear weapons, climate change and AI
A science-oriented advocacy group moved its “Doomsday Clock” to 85 seconds to midnight, saying the Earth is closer than ever to destruction.
The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists will determine if the "Doomsday Clock" needs to be adjusted at 10 a.m. ET on Jan. 27.
