A man who was shot and injured at a Gresham apartment complex last week has died, the Gresham Police Department announced Friday.

The problem is the previous owner of the three buildings, Roizman Development, defaulted on loan payments of up to $57 million for the buildings.

Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to contact Cobb County police department’s major crimes unit as the investigation continues.
