Closing arguments are set for Thursday in the trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs. The 55-year-old hip-hop mogul is facing five criminal counts, including sex trafficking racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The jury began deliberating on Monday, but quickly told the judge it believed one of the jurors may not be able to follow instructions.
