Chelsea remain locked in talks for the signings of Xavi Simons and Jorrel Hato from RB Leipzig and Ajax, respectively, with the Blues set to push on with both moves in the coming days

Chelsea have stepped up their pursuit of RB Leipzig midfielder Xavi Simons, sources have told ESPN. The 21-year-old is open to joining the Premier League club and Leipzig are willing to sell despite only signing Simons on a permanent basis in January for an initial fee of €50 million ($58.8m).

Chelsea have advanced their interest in RB Leipzig's XavI Simons and the player has made a decision over a potential move to Stamford Bridge this summer.
