Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody has filed a lawsuit alleging that the Federal Emergency Management Agency violated the civil rights of supporters of President-elect Donald Trump in the aftermath of hurricanes Helene and Milton.

"These actions deny Florida its place in the federal system because Florida residents disproportionately support President Trump," the lawsuit says.
