A trio of residents who lived at the Gabriel House assisted living facility in Fall River when a fire broke out and killed 10 people last month filed suit on Thursday against the facility’s owner and the third-party company responsible for inspecting its fire systems.

Three more residents are suing Gabriel House, the assisted living home in Fall River, Massachusetts where 10 people died in a fire last month.

The suit, filed Thursday in Bristol County Superior Court, accused Gabriel House of "negligence" for an extensive list of alleged problems. Safety system components such a fire panel, pump and sprinklers were not operational during the fire,
