India has rejected allegations by Pakistan that militants backed by Delhi were behind a deadly car bomb attack that killed at least 13 soldiers on Saturday. The attack unfolded when a suicide attacker rammed an explosive-laden vehicle into a convoy of Pakistani military personnel in the North Waziristan district.

Shortly after the attack, an official statement from Pakistan's Inter-Services Public Relations blamed India for the suicide bombing. However, as per the latest reports, Pakistan's Taliban faction has claimed responsibility for the attack.
