After Bryan Kohberger was sentenced for the Idaho murders of Ethan Chapin, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Kaylee Goncalves, the latter’s sister detailed his true demeanor in court.
Jeff Kernodle was near Moscow the night of the murders, and said he wanted to check in on his daughter when she told him she was feeling sick.

Xana Kernodle, 20, sustained over 50 stab wounds, including two that pierced her heart, according to the files.
Wednesday's sentencing hearing will give the families of Xana Kernodle, Madison Mogen, Ethan Chapin and Kaylee Goncalves the opportunity to describe the anguish they've felt since their loved ones were killed in the early morning hours of Nov. 13, 2022.
