Three weeks after a Florida woman was killed on New Year's Eve by suspected celebratory gunfire, law enforcement in Kissimmee have arrested the person allegedly responsible.

The Florida Highway Patrol is seeking the driver involved in a hit-and-run crash on state Road 44 in Sumter County on Friday night.
