If Slot accepts his FA charge and is given a one-match ban before Wednesday, he will be banned from the touchline at Villa Park. If Slot is slapped with a two-game ban for his red card at Everton, the Dutchman would also miss next Sunday’s trip to Manchester City.

Liverpool have now played three Premier League matches in eight days, drawing away days at Everton and Villa while beating Wolves 2-1.
