Uber Eats and Server Robotics have launched a new robot delivery service in parts of Atlanta. The robot delivery service is currently available in Midtown, Old Fourth Ward, and downtown with plans to expand coverage.

Uber Eats customers in Atlanta can now opt in to have their food delivered via sidewalk delivery robots, following partner Serve Robotics’s launch on Thursday. The move comes just two days after Uber and Waymo launched a commercial robotaxi service in the city.

Waymo’s robotaxis will begin carrying passengers through parts of Atlanta Tuesday in an expansion of a partnership with Uber’s ride-hailing service that began earlier this year in Austin.
