IKEA U.S. announced plans for its third New York location at Destiny USA in Syracuse on the company's website on July 7. From Elmira, the drive to the new Syracuse store will take about 1 hour, 50 minutes. That's about half the estimated travel time to the IKEA in Paramus, NJ, the closest existing store.

IKEA is coming to Destiny USA. The popular home goods store announced on its website that it will be coming to Syracuse on July 8. IKEA said this will be its location in New York State. There are already two in Brooklyn and on Long Island.
