Denver Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokic urged his star teammate, Aaron Gordon, to sit out Game 7 against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Denver's Aaron Gordon has a Grade 2 hamstring strain and needs several weeks to recover from the injury, sources tell ESPN.

During the playoffs, the 29-year-old forward is averaging 16.8 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game while shooting 48.5% from the field and 38.2% from three-point range.
