Broncos coach Sean Payton was saltier than sweet this spring. That’s a clear indication of what he thinks of his team’s 2025 potential.

The Troy Franklin of 2024 is gone. In his place is a 6-foot-3 wide receiver now sporting the No. 11 Denver Broncos jersey, after wearing the No. 16 as a rookie. And there's something else new about Franklin.

"It all starts with ownership and the head coach, then obviously when you have a young quarterback, players want to be here," George Paton said.
