TRAVERSE CITY, MI - The body of a city Parking Services employee was found early Sunday in a parking garage, and police say they’re investigating the death as a homicide that’s linked to a Saturday night crime spree that included one teenage suspect shooting at police officers.

Anferny Freeman, 27, was charged with murder in a mass shooting that killed four people and injured 15 people.
