Northern Michigan continues to recover from a historic ice storm, a Saturday powerhouse that knocked out power to more than 100,000 customers. On Monday afternoon, the Mackinac Bridge closed for a few hours, with the span’s director, Kim Nowack, saying it’s “some of the worst ice we’ve ever seen.” Gov.
