Wales coach Steve Tandy says Adam Beard's miscued kick was not the deciding factor behind his omission to face Scotland this weekend. The vastly-experienced second-row was culpable for France's fourth try in the 54-12 defeat last Sunday, attempting a grubber near halfway that allowed the visitors to pounce.
