A former Ashton-under-Lyne pub will be transformed into a new 54-seat restaurant and a house in multiple occupation (HMO). Waterloo Tavern, which closed 10 years ago, is to be converted into an as-yet-unnamed restaurant and takeaway with four-bedroomed accommodation above.
