🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️🏃🏽 239 people took part in Cwmbran parkrun's NEW route this morning! The popular weekly 5km FREE walk, jog or run now starts and finishes at Cwmbran Boating Lake. Cwmbran Life was there to film the 239 runners as they started their first loop of the lake after crossing the start line. :-) It's a real spectacle to see the lake surrounded by runners.
