His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama met and interacted with the first batch of 7 Ph.D. students who graduated from The Dalai Lama Institute for Higher Education at his residence in Dharamshala on 4 December 2023. The seven Ph.D. students are Geshe Lobsang Nyendak, Geshe Lobsang Monlam, Geshe Lobsang Ngodup, Gen. Sonam Gyaltsen, Gen. Tsewang Topla, Mansher Lokdhun and Gen. Kunchok.
