Terrible story in Turks and Caicos… Two boats were racing each other and they collided which sent that boat in the video out of control and the people on board flew off. The boat then was stuck in full throttle with nobody at the wheel, and was circling around everyone who fell overboard. Unfortunatly, one person on board was struck by the propeller, and killed. The boat then ran ashore. This story is still under investigation, and we will keep you posted. We were told alcohol was involved. Sad,
