Ramzan Kadyrov, leader of the Russian Republic of Chechnya, posted a video of himself driving a Tesla Cybertruck with what appears to be a machine gun mounted onto it on Telegram, Reuters reports. In the video, the leader praised Elon Musk for donating the vehicle to him and said it would be dispatched to Russia's "special military operation" in Ukraine. Musk later denied the donation.
