Tai Chi Master Amin Wu demonstrates some of the movements of a new Tai Chi form set called “Bafa Wubu”, or 8 Methods and 5 Steps”. This set was developed by Chinese Tai Chi masters to encourage more people to learn Tai Chi. Master Wu will be teaching this class starting on Sunday, June 5th at 8:30 AM -9:30AM, for 6 weeks.
