The tax Brackets of 2022 has been released by the IRS. There are seven tax brackets ranging from 10% all the way up to 37%. Why is this important? Because the amount of taxes you owe depends on your income level and which tax bracket you fall under for example. If you make $50.000 a year, your tax would be 10% on the first $9.525 and 22% on the remaining $40.475. The new tax bracket goes into effect startaing January 1st 2022.
