Here's a different perspective of the conditions our crews are battling to reopen SR 27 in Tekoa, about halfway between Spokane and Pullman. The road has been closed since Feb. 26 as high winds have created dangerous conditions, including snow banks 12-13 feet high. It took our crews 72 hours to make one pass of the highway, but they finally were able to create a path and are continuing to work to clear the road. | WSDOT
