Surprise! 🎉 Tao, the orangutan, gave birth to a healthy baby girl this morning at 8:14am. Her care team has thoughtfully named her Riang (ree-ANG), meaning bright or cheerful. All appears to be going well with both mom and baby, and sister Mulia has been observing Tao respectfully with curiosity about the new little one.
